Autumn months

Autumn months are my favorite months along with Winter. I got together with my friend and we watched some films and had roasted chestnuts, wine and I showed her the new book I just got at a nice used bookstore near my home. I got these new leggings from Forever21. I always check there because they have some great deals. These velvet leggings elsewhere are up to one hundred dollars but I got them for much cheaper, like ten or so. I have always wanted a version of these.

I went to the last Halloween party this past weekend with friends. I dressed as a gothic kitty cat. I will put more pictures up later. I like to squeeze one last one before November. Now that this month is here I will do a lot of harvest type celebrations with family and friends.

New spiked hat

Picked this hat up from Forever 21. It looks very Cosplay haha. Perfect for the ending to Halloween.  I also stole my husband's bowler hat which is too big for my head but I still love it. My pup is very huge in these photos. She is the most precious dear and I love her very much. She likes to be in photos with me and play outside. This blazer would be perfect for a corporate goth outfit also. I love to pair blazers with my corset tops or leggings and gothy tees if I have to go to work type meetings. This is the end of the weekend but I'm still going to one more party where I am going as a cat ;)

Day of the Dead 2013

Today, friends and I went to Day of the Dead fest at San Jose Museum of art. San Jose is always filled wit artists and things to do and while I do go to San Francisco more I don't think the other cities get enough credit. There are always fun things to do. The festival was nice. There was dancing and festivities. I loved the outfits. It was very beautiful. We walked through the museum and later my husband and I lunched at a restaurant nearby. I hope you all were able to check out some nice Dia De Los Muertos celebrations in the cities. 

I got these beautiful, festive earrings at a cool vintage shop down town Palo Alto. They were perfect for the festival today. So cool and vintage 80's. I have pierced ears but these were fun.
