My new Silence of the Lambs Death Moth tattoo by Jared Thinger

Jared Thinger is my tattoo artist located in Grover Beach, Ca is amazing. He did this beautiful Death Moth tattoo inspired by Silence of the Lambs. I have always wanted to get a tribute to that movie and I juxtaposed it with my Lord of the Rings sleeve. I love his amazing black and gray work and realism plus he does amazing color as well. Lord of the Rings symphony

This past week my husband surprised me and got tickets for all three of the Lord of the Rings trilogy played with a live symphony in the background. It was amazing. This show went on in New York and California. It was one of the most amazing and magical experiences of my life.

    I dressed up in a gothic corset for the second showing and donned my Arwen/elven necklace that I made. The choir and orchestra were unbelievable. I only hope my friends can try and check it out if they do this again in the future.

Barnes and Noble haul

Recently I went to Barnes and Noble and found some really cool Game of Thrones themed journals and a rad Lord of the Rings sketchbook. Now I can look at Frodo every time I draw ;)
