My February so far

My new camera came. I love polaroids. This one is vintage from the 70s. I also got more work done on my tattoo sleeve which I am so excited to unveil in the next few months. I have to wait until my artist gives the okay and I will post progress pics or just final pictures. She is incredibly brilliant. I love my tattoo artist so much! She is super rad and fun to chat with. I am excited to work with her and will continue to get tattooed by her in the future. She is an artistic genius.

I always make myself vegan smoothies after tattoo sessions. They are super yummy and hydrating!

Creepy Dolls

One of my best friends collects creepy, haunted dolls. I am completely serious. I have been to her home and her house is surrounded by them. She seeks them out, particularly haunted ones and I hope to photograph them at some point and do a blog post on her collection. I found some vintage photographs of my relatives the other day but these photos of my grandmother caught my eye. When she was a little girl she collected dolls and posed with them. She would take them everywhere. Some of them were life sized and even taller than her but the strangest, creepiest one was a doll she loved named Dimples. I have since found out that the doll is still in our upstairs closet. I love the idea of spooky dolls and find them fascinating.

Vintage finds in Seattle

We went to grab some coffee at one of the local Starbucks. Did I mention they serve wine there? aah it is so rad. Around the corner we found some really awesome vintage stores. If you are looking for cool, vintage finds goth and non goth I would recommend checking out some of the stores here. You are bound to find more gothic items at places like Crossroads or Buffalo Exchange here.

Cheap gothic finds ebay!

I only paid twenty four dollars for this lovely gothic gown. I found it on ebay. I love ebay so much and if you keep looking you can find such great pieces. What I love about this is it was a vintage 90's goth dress. So lovely. This is something I would have seen advertised in Gothic Beauty when I was younger. I love this piece so much. I can wear it year round. I paired it with a purple cape. It reminded me a bit of a gothic Arwen. I got the choker for around 99 cents
