Borrough Market

Borrough Market in London is my ultimate favorite market so far that I have been to. I look forward to the lovely markets in other states and countries in the future that I will be traveling to.

Affordable gothic outfit: Stripes and Crossbones

Picked up this adorable gothy striped tee at Ross for super cheap.

While I was at Ross I picked up some seasonal blend coffee my friend told me about.  It was only about $4 bucks. Honestly, I tried it and its pretty darn good but you will want like a tablespoon in a half to get it nice and caffeinated. I love deals at Ross. Thanks friend!

I got this amazing long sleeved striped shirt from Ross for around $5, leggings for $10 at Forever 21 and if you wait and they still have leggings in stock sometimes some of the leggings will go on sale for around $5. My boots are vegan ugg boots off Amazon for way cheaper than the regular ones and I got this lovely skull ring for $1.99 at Walgreens. Necklace, Good Goth on sale. Skull bracelet, Dolls Kill. (At the moment skull bracelets are on sale for $15.)

Affordable gothic fashion: Lace dress and red buckle boots

Red buckle boots, Lace Forget me not dress, Forever 21. Necklace, thrift store or cheap jewelry store.
Gravestone black nail polish, CVS.

I got this outfit again at Forever 21 and the necklace I got super cheap thrifting or at some random store for like 7 dollars. Lace dress was around 17 but you can wait til it goes on sale or find a similar one at a thrift store. I found a great lace skirt for around 7 dollars at Ross I will put pictures of up soon. The nail polish was about $1.99 from CVS. It is super cute and I always check for things around Halloween time. I always find really cool items at places like CVS and Ross. Sometimes I find cheaper gothy type items there than I do thrifting believe it or not.

Affordable gothic clothing: Cats and Bats

Skull purse, Arsenic Fashions. Cross bone leggings, Forever 21. Black flats HM. Batty cat tee, Forever21. Choker, 4 bux on ebay.

The leggings were about $10 dollars or so, purse, very inexpensive and tee was about $13. I love affordable gothic clothing. I tend to find quite a few things when I look around Forever 21. Also you can always put items in your wish list and check back when items go on sale. I pair items together with clothing I find at thrift stores, in a cheap mall bin, on ebay or etsy.

Blue Elegance

I recently found this amazing corset on ebay for around 6 dollars. The skirt was 5 dollars. What a steal! If you seek you shall find. I post a lot about my ebay and etsy treasures. Finding these items were too good to be true. I honestly could not believe it. The corset fit perfectly and it would retal for around 40 dollars usually. If any of you find great deals please share. I'd love to hear about it.

Boots, Demonia. Tripp skirt, tripp corset, ebay.

Affordable ebay finds

One of my favorite places to shop is ebay. A trick for finding rad, affordable pieces is I type in gothic lot or goth lot. If you are into other styles you can type whatever you want and then lot or mixed lot. I got a 21 piece lot for 70 dollars the other day. Some people spend 70 on one or two items of clothing alone but there are a lot of people that just want to get rid of their items because they are moving away or want to clean out your closet. Another thing I look for are items that are going to sell soonest and a lot of times they have little or no bidders. I wait til the very end and then type in my bid and come away with really affordable pieces. Some of these tops I got on ebay for around 5 dollars. Retail, this would go for at least 18 or 20 most likely. I also found a really affordable romantic gothic jacket for my fiancee for less than half the price that it was retailing. The last thing I do is always look for great deals right after holidays. I go to halloween stores a few days after halloween, costume shops, ebay, amazon and other places. You can find so many great deals if you just take your time. Ebay and etsy hunting does take a bit of time to find good stuff but don't settle for the first few items you see. Use the resources on ebay to narrow down and find just what you are looking for. It takes time but it is so worth it. Good luck and happy bargain hunting!!

I got this Bauhaus tee for pretty cheap on ebay and I did a clothing swap with friends  and scored this velvet skirt. Clothing swaps are also a great way to get clothes. So much fun. My gothic velvet cross necklace I got a while ago on etsy for around 6 or 7 dollars. Very reasonable.

This tank top I got for 5 dollars on ebay. The gothic industrial style hoodie was around 7 dollars. Score! They have a lot of really affordable tops. Before you shop retail always check ebay.
