Review of Night Fiend palette by Blackcraft
Pros: The packaging was badass as hell and I loved Bloodmoon.
Cons: The shadow was not as pigmented as a lot of people liked. It went on well with my skin tone but I'm super pale. I had friends with more dark olive to dark skin tones that tried it and you could barely see it on them. I am not going to complain much though because the price was great. I also really loved the coffins. I hope they can come up with something more pigmented and some deeper hues. I would love a vampire style palette with more deep reds, blacks and blues. To those of you that complained on my instagram and youtube, if you are not happy with certain aspects of products I urge you to write to the company and let them know. Please be polite when writing to people and sending requests. I loved the packaging beyond words. I have a death moth tattoo on my arm so that is kind of what drew me to it. I hope to see what colors they will come up with in the future!

Favorite fall people and things!
2. Mary Mattern and her new cook book, Nom Yourself.
Aaah I love this blogger and vegan cook. She is so excellent and badass! I love cooking from her book. I find a lot of yummy recipes. Sooo yummy and healthy.
3. Kat Von D's Shade and Light palette.
I really like the contouring and I like the videos on youtube that help me figure out how to contour my face better. Whenever I need to bring out different features in my face I use this.
4. Vegan donuts from Whole Foods.
Nom nom nom! Such delicious donuts!
5. Fall baking.
I look forward to pumpkins and yes I am one of those people who likes loads of pumpkin everything. I made some vegan, pumpkin loafs. They are mini and so cute. I hope to eat a lot of pumpkin things and watch loads of Rocky Horror Picture show with friends this fall.
6. My little skull dress and sweaters from HM
I pair this with everything and I love the little skulls. I got this from my mom a few Christmas's ago. I love sweaters and I really like curling up near the fire and drinking hot cider with my honey while watching Tim Burton flicks. What are some of your favorite holiday movies?
7. Tofu Curry.
I love comfort food so much and tofu curry is delicious. I had an old recipe I wrote down from a cafe' I worked at with friends years ago and my husband and I still make this often.
8. Vegan cookies and Peets coffee.
Peets is one of the few cafe's that cater to vegans and vegetarians. I wish Starbucks would have more vegan items on their menu :D that would be so rad. I keep writing to them with friends. Vegan pastries please! Also I hope they will some day start using some Almond milk. If you ask Peets they will make almond hot chocolates or almond lattes for you.

Makeup Review: Lime Crime's Venus: The Grunge Palette
Love love love this. The colors are amazing blended in and compliment my goth attire perfectly. I wanted a change from my usual black and red or dark blue shades. It is important to me that makeup is not tested on animals so Lime Crime is perfect for me. I love their styles and shades. I can't wait to check out more of their makeup.

Goth haul March, 2014
Did a little haul this week. I found some new goth white makeup from Manic Panic, got a new version of my Vampire Kisses book, mother one is falling apart and pretty much messed up haha! Also I have one vegetarian book that fell apart, got coffee spilled all over it and the pages were ripped up. That just means I really love my books. I usually keep them pretty nice but at times it is hard if I travel with them or they pass from person to person. I got a new wallet from gothic swap with friends and a new spider ring which I adore to pieces. I got a new batty plush for my collection! I have so many bats and a frankenweenie doll to welcome him into the fold. I know some of you collect plush toys too :>

Black coffee black nail polish.....
This past weekend I went on a coffee date with my chick friend and her adorable son. We hit up a really cool cafe called Coffee Factory, a little gem of a place hidden away and went to a shady park later to beat the last of the summer heat. Later I went to the CVS nearby and stocked up on some rad items. I love the months of September and October when they have all the fun gothic goodies in. My favorite items were the adorable black nail polish in gravestone bottles and the purple, spider and web decorated mascara. I picked up an extra black lipstick. ( A goth girl can never have too many) and these gorgeous little vases that would have cost a fortune elsewhere. I turned them into makeshift "piggy banks" and used the Poe inspired crow decor for a pen/pencil holder. It looks great on my home desk! There are so many cool things you can find at little drug stores or dollar stores.

Product Review: Epically Epic Soap Co.
When I saw this in my Gothic Beauty magazine I was super excited and eager to try a few of the cool products. I picked up some "Gothic Girl" scented oil and gorgeous lip tint. The lip tint is great. I just wear it as lip stick with a bit of lip liner and blend. The perfume oil is so nostalgic and reminds me of some oil I use to wear in high school every day. It is reminiscent of my days lying out in the grass with friends in the shade and listening to The Cure. I was sad years ago because the oil I use to wear was discontinued so when I found this new oil on etsy that smelled exactly like the one I use to wear I was thrilled. It was like it was made for me and other little gothlings. My husband loves it too and asks me what scent it is. I don't wear perfume but I do love scented oils. Check this store out on etsy. It is super fun and has a variety of really fun goodies.

My weekend
The start of my weekend was nice. After work on Friday I went to the cinema and saw Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. I always love old cinema. I went to see a sci fi film with my mom the next day and spotted some really cute ducks. They came right up towards me and hung out. I hope you all have a fun time this weekend. I know there is a Cherry Blossom festival in Cupertino, I'm sad I could not make it because my love got called into work very early but there will be many fun festivals this summer.

| I wanted a lip gloss that was not too pricey. I saw this gloss and it appealed to me because of the lovely flowers inside. Sometimes I find some very fun items. It is cherry scented as well. |
