I thought this Jack Skellington "Starbucks" style mug was incredibly clever so I wanted to make my own. When I looked it up I couldn't find one anywhere. I saw Jack mugs but nothing with the Starbucks type logo but then I found these amazing decals someone made on Red Bubble and got one. I placed it over my regular Starbucks mug logo and voila! You've got yourself an awesome Jack Skellington coffee mug. I like knowing that every day Jack will be with me when I drink my coffee.

Death Guild July 2014
Tonight was kilt night. If you wore a kilt or a plaid skirt you got in free. We had a great time meeting up with friends, listening to music. We danced a bit and grabbed some food and tea before heading back. It was a lot of fun tonight. I wore my industrial Lip Service halter and green plaid skirt.

Gothic summer outfits 2014
I recently made these lovely fantasy, steampunk and gothic style necklaces. I like to use ribbon for summer style necklaces that are perfect during the warm days and won't feel so heavy on your neck. I forgo heavier jewelry in the summers and opt for light, airy pieces. I recently got these black shorts at H&M and I love that places because I actually find some really great gothic staple pieces there. Little black sweaters, black dresses, black lacy items, black tank tops and shorts for summer months and in the autumn and winter seasons you can layer them with fishnets or tights to stay a bit more warm.
Tank top, Vampire Freaks store.
Victorian style key necklace, my own DIY.
Jacket, Lip Service.
Shorts H&M.
Currently selling my necklaces please email if interested :>

Neil Gaiman: The Truth is a Cave in the Black Mountains
Neil Gaiman is my favorite author of all time as many of you know so I was elated to have the privilege of seeing him again recently. We met up with friends in San Francisco and we watched Neil Gaiman speak and also read his book The Truth is a Cave in the Black Mountains to a string quartet. It was one of the most magical experiences I ever had. So beautiful and perfect in every way. I love the dark beauty to his writing. It literally transports me to a different place. It was wonderful because they had the art work images on a large screen while the music was playing and Neil read. Afterwards we were extremely lucky to have him welcome his illustrator for the book, Eddie Campbell out on stage. It was a pleasant surprise and I was so happy to be there. Truly a magical evening.

Photo shoot at Presidio of Sanfrancisco
Yesterday I shot photos of people in San Francisco. As some of you know besides modeling I also do photography as a side profession. I have been doing so for many years and enjoy it very much. I did some film and photography training through the years in San Francicso, De Anza and Foothill. For info and to check out my other photography here is my site: winteradvian

Wanderer of light and shadow
I got a visit from my cousins who are from Canada. That was a lovely time. I can't wait to go and see them next. I chose this outfit because of it's simplicity and paired it with my gothic Thor hammer pendant that is decorated with runes. I got it at a metal show. It is dear to me.
Sheer tank and hooded sweater, H&M.
Jeans, Hot Topic.
Thor hammer/rune necklace, metal show.
Black flats, H&M.
